The MALTARCOE and The VALETTA DIALOGUE Proposal
This brochure sets out our proposal for the establishment in Valletta of The Malta Regional Centre of Excellence in Integrity, which is a think tank and a professional training centre. The proposal explains the issues the MALTARCOE and the Dialogue would address, the services they would provide and the benefits they would bring to the governments, institutions, businesses and people of Malta and the Mediterranean region.
