WHAT WE EXPECT OF OURSELVES AND OUR PEOPLE

ENVIRONMENT, SOCIAL & GOVERNANCE

SUB-COMMITTEE

Pavocat’s board and management recognise that our activities have an impact on the environment, communities and people where we operate in the UK and abroad.  We believe that engaging with environmental, social and governance considerations both mitigates risk of harm and improves the lives of those with whom we work.  Pavocat is committed to engaging with ESG principles in the way we behave by regularly reviewing and updating our ESG policy through our ESG Sub-Committee.

EQUALITY & DIVERSITY STATEMENT

Pavocat  strives to be an equal opportunities employer and is committed to diversity amongst its staff and trainees. We therefore encourage and welcome applications from underrepresented or disadvantaged groups (including, for example, women, BAME candidates, disabled candidates and LGBTQ+ candidates). We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to enable disabled candidates to demonstrate their suitability for the job and to consider flexible working in appropriate cases.

ANTI-BULLYING & HARASSMENT STATEMENT

Pavocat is committed to providing a work environment in which all individuals, clients and the public are treated with dignity and respect.  Pavocat takes a zero-tolerance approach to harassment and bullying by staff and others for whom it is responsible. Pavocat will also take reasonable steps to prevent and address bullying and harassment by others. Employees, trainees, work experience placements and others who work at or for Pavocat have a right to complain if it occurs.  Bullying, harassment and sexual harassment will normally be regarded as gross misconduct and will lead to disciplinary action.

MODERN SLAVERY ACT STATEMENT

Pavocat’s board and management have a zero-tolerance approach to modem slavery and are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business, including our supply chain.

Pavocat is a counter-corruption and laws of conflict company headquartered in the UK with group operations in the UK, European Union and South Africa.  The policy statement sets out measures Pavocat has put in place to reduce the risk of modern slavery affecting its business and supply chain.
