The CARICCA and The PORT OF SPAIN DIALOGUE Proposal
This brochure sets out our proposal for the establishment in Trinidad of The Caribbean Counter-Corruption Academy, which is a think tank and a professional training centre for the Caribbean. The proposal explains the regional integrity issues the CARICCA and the Dialogue would address, the services they would provide and the benefits they would bring to the governments, institutions, businesses and peoples of the Caribbean.
